Oaklawn Park announced Jan. 29 the postponement of the Jan. 30 card. Due to the forecasted severe weather and potential flash flooding in the Hot Springs, Ark., area for Thursday, the nine-race card originally scheduled for that day has been rescheduled to Feb. 3.
