With smart performers America Queen, Nobody Knows, Dr Omran, and Vasy among the notable graduates at last year's auction, hopes will be high for this year's Tattersalls Ireland Breeze-Up Sale.

The sale takes place May 21-22, and there is plenty on offer for prospective buyers, with 43 individual group/grade 1-winning sires represented and 59 siblings to black-type winners selling. Among the 252 entries collected are:

  • Tally-Ho Stud's Cotai Glory half brother to Flying Childers Stakes (G2) winner and new Bearstone Stud sire Aesterius (Lot 39).
  • Lynn Lodge Stud's Naval Crown half brother to Prix de l'Abbaye (G1) and Al Quoz Sprint (G1) victor A Case of You (42).
  • Mocklershill's Night of Thunder half sister to May Hill Stakes (G2) winner Polly Pott (77).
  • Carrigfoyle Stud's Baaeed half brother to Queen Anne Stakes (G1) hero Accidental Agent (116).
  • Brown Island Stables' Siyouni filly out of Moyglare Stud Stakes (G1) heroine Shale (130).
  • Dolmen Bloodstock's Mehmas filly out of a half sister to Two Thousand Guineas (G1) and St James's Palace Stakes (G1) victor Poetic Flare (138).
  • Greenhills Farm's Night of Thunder colt out of listed winner Archer's Dream and from the family of Profitable (198).
  • C. F. Bloodstock's Saxon Warrior half brother to Hungerford Stakes (G2) scorer More Thunder and out of a stakes-winning mare (226).

Tattersalls Ireland CEO Simon Kerins said of the catalog: "The Tattersalls Ireland Breeze-Up Sale continues to go from strength to strength, and the level of vendor support we have received this year reflects the confidence the market has in this sale. Demand for places was unprecedented, and that is clearly reflected in the strength of this year's catalog.

"The success of our graduates on the racecourse remains a key driver. From classic prospects such as America Queen and Nobody Knows to stakes winners across Europe, the United States, and Australia. The 2025 edition of the sale saw 23 different nations on the final purchaser table, and these graduates are competing successfully in racing jurisdictions across the globe.

"A major factor in the sale's continued growth is our ability to use a world-class facility on our doorstep. The team at Fairyhouse racecourse produces optimum ground conditions, and the proximity of the sales complex to the racecourse lends itself to a seamless process moving between both venues.

"Irish Thoroughbred Marketing play a hugely important role in the continued growth of this sale, and we are very appreciative of the work they do in promoting our sale on the international stage. Alongside our own marketing team, we look forward to building on this momentum and welcoming clients from around the world on May 21 and 22."
