Tickets for the 2025 Breeders' Cup World Championships are on sale now at BreedersCup.com/Tickets. Beginning today, fans can secure their place at the 42nd running of the season-ending international championships, which will be held Oct. 31-Nov. 1 at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Del Mar, Calif.
Featuring 14 Grade 1 races and a robust undercard as part of a two-day festival worth more than $34 million in purses and awards, the 2025 World Championships will entertain fans from around the globe while featuring the sport's best horses, breeders, owners, jockeys, and trainers. The Del Mar area offers outstanding attractions such as picturesque beaches, award-winning cuisine, luxurious hotels, and the nation's only seaside racetrack. This year marks the fourth time Del Mar, "Where the Turf Meets the Surf," will host the prestigious World Championships.
As part of a new multi-year partnership with SeatGeek, the Breeders' Cup will leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance ticketing for attendees, streamlining the purchasing process and creating a more seamless and memorable event experience. New for 2025, in order to purchase tickets to the World Championships fans must have a SeatGeek account, which may be created for free at SeatGeek.com. All tickets will be mobile only. While tickets will be available to view upon purchase, access to barcodes will be available closer to the World Championships.

All tickets will be sold in advance of the World Championships and are subject to availability at the time of purchase. No tickets will be sold at the gate Oct. 31-Nov. 1. New this year, fans may opt to donate at purchase to Breeders' Cup Charities, the official charity outreach program of the Breeders' Cup World Championships. Funds raised through Breeders' Cup Charities are distributed to causes dedicated to supporting Thoroughbred aftercare, backstretch and industry workers, jockey health and wellness, equine research, and other community ventures.
The 2024 edition of the Breeders' Cup at Del Mar resulted in all-time high global wagering of $203.7 million as 157 Thoroughbreds from a record five continents - including 61 international contenders, the most in the history of the World Championships - put on an epic show.

To further elevate the experience for all fans and participants, Breeders' Cup and Del Mar will invest more than $5 million to create new seating areas and expanded hospitality offerings. This investment will include the construction of a luxury chalet that will provide approximately 700 premium dining seats, the addition of more than 1,000 temporary box seats, and enhanced culinary activations around Del Mar.
Michelin-starred chef and world-renowned restaurateur, author, and media personality Curtis Stone returns to the World Championships for the third consecutive season to create a fantastic culinary experience for attendees. Owner of Michelin-starred Gwen and The Pie Room restaurants in Los Angeles and Woodend by Curtis Stone at Maroma, A Belmond Hotel in the Riviera Maya, Stone will work with his team at Del Mar to curate innovative offerings for guests arriving from around the world. Stone's cuisine will be offered in select premium dining areas.
In accordance with a longstanding commitment by Breeders' Cup Limited to delivering a curated and intimate fan experience, Breeders' Cup and Del Mar officials are working to ensure optimal seating offerings for all attendees, while maintaining an intimate fan experience and ensuring maximum safety and comfort. With attendance capped at 37,500, fans are encouraged to acquire tickets early as demand is expected to be high.
