Hill 'n' Dale Farms at Xalapa's dual-surface grade 1 winner and freshman sire World of Trouble sired his first winner June 6 when his son Untroubled won by 1 1/4 lengths at Horseshoe Indianapolis.

Co-owner Equinox bred Untroubled in Kentucky out of the Tapizar winner Rambling Rhonda. The mare is a half sister to grade 1-placed, grade 3 winner Go Forth North (North Light). Untroubled is her first foal to race.

Raced by Equinox and Bobby McIntyre, Untroubled finished second in his debut May 15 going 4 1/2 furlongs at Horseshoe Indianapolis. In his next start going five furlongs, he took command after three-eighths and easily held on for the win. The colt is trained by Eduardo Caramori and was ridden by Abel Lezcano. The final time was 1:00.53.

World of Trouble is a son of Kantharos , who also stands at Hill 'n' Dale. He was a stakes-placed winner at 2 that won his first stakes on dirt by 13 3/4 lengths in the Pasco Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs before winning consecutive turf stakes at Saratoga Race Course and Belmont Park. At 4, he won the Carter Handicap (G1) on Aqueduct Racetrack's main track and went on to win the Turf Sprint Stakes (G2T) at Churchill Downs and the Jaipur Invitational Stakes (G1T) at Belmont. He was retired with a 9-2-1 record from 13 starts and earned $1,263,300.

World of Trouble stands at Hill 'n' Dale for $5,000.
