Overview of the Ordering Process

1. Visit the TrueNicks.com Reports console. If you are already registered, log in -- otherwise, you should create your free account.
2. Select the Type of Report that you are wanting to run. 
3. In "Step 1" of the order report console, scroll down the list of subscribed stallions and select the stallion(s) that you are interested in and press "Select" to add them to the list of stallions you want. NOTE: it is only possible to get a Sales Report on a subscribed stallion.

4. In "Step 2" select the sales that are of interest. If a sale of interest is not on that list please contact Byron Rogers byron@truenicks.com and we will have it added ASAP.

5. The Order Confirmation page details your request. You must now click "Submit Request" and then "Checkout" for the order to be processed.

7. An email will arrive within 12 hours to alert you that your report is ready for download. Click the report link within your email to return to the TrueNicks reports console and view your report.
