Charles Town Cancels Feb. 20 Card Due to Extreme Cold

Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races has canceled its Thursday card as a result of the bitter cold and single-digit forecasted wind chills. Live racing is slated to resume Friday at its usual first post time of 7PM ET.
