McMahon of Saratoga Thoroughbreds announced the first reported foal by its multiple grade 1 performer Solomini  is a filly born Jan. 15 in New York at Hidden Lake Farm, which co-owns the stallion.

Bred by 3C Stables and Hidden Lake, the filly is out of the stakes-placed, record-setter Another Level, who is by Emcee and out of the Saint Ballado mare Saintcerely. Another Level's second dam is graded-placed stakes winner Belle Nuit, who is the dam of multiple grade 1 winner Octave, multiple graded stakes winner and stakes producer Belle Cherie, and black-type winners Unbridled Behavior and Be Mine Tonight.

"Solomini's first foal out of Another Level is a lovely filly with a lot of body and very nice frame," said Chris Bernard with Hidden Lake. "3C Stables and Hidden Lake Farm bred 20 mares to Solomini and are committed to his success."

At 2, Solomini was runner-up in the Sentient Jet Breeders' Cup Juvenile (G1) and FrontRunner Stakes (G1). He was first across the wire in the Los Alamitos CashCall Futurity (G1), but a disqualification put him in third. At 3 he was third in the Arkansas Derby (G1) and second in the Rebel Stakes (G2). The son of Curlin  retired with a 2-4-5 record out of 16 starts and earnings of $834,993.

Solomini covered 123 mares in 2020. His stud fee for 2021 is $5,000.
