Crestwood Farm stallion Heart to Heart  was represented by his first reported foal Jan. 15 when a colt bred by Kenny and Jeannie Racing was foaled at Daisy Acres Farm.

Eleanor Stilson of Daisy Acres said the colt out of the winning Silver Train mare It Was All a Dream "is correct and has quite a bit of substance to him. We're very excited about him."

A multiple grade 1-winning son of English Channel bred in Ontario by Red Hawk Ranch out of the winning Silver Deputy mare Ask the Question, Heart to Heart hails from the female family of grade 1 winner Chart the Stars. Campaigned by owner Terry Hamilton, he was named champion 3-year-old colt in Canada in 2014. He won races from 5 1/2 furlongs to 1 1/8 miles and retired sound in 2019 after winning 11 graded stakes, with a 15-6-4 record from 41 starts and with earnings of $2,035,090.

"Heart to Heart is the racehorse we should all aspire to breed and race," Crestwood Farm's Robert Keck said at the time of the stallion's retirement. "He was precocious, fast, versatile, and sound. He had miler speed, an amazing pedigree, and is a flawless physical. He has everything to be a top sire of fast and sound runners."

Heart to Heart stands the 2021 season for a $5,000 live foal fee.
